A training facility to allow all walks of life to start, increase or improve their levels of fitness. The levels are as follows:
Beginner
For people who haven’t participated in any physical activity since leaving school, due to health or personal reasons have decided that it is time to start to get fitter, with the use of basic exercises and correct training techniques, to develop a fun and personal routine, combined with the introduction of a healthy diet, can go on to develop a healthier lifestyle.
Intermediate
This level is for people who train on a regular basis to sustain a healthy lifestyle, but have reached a point where they have stopped improving through a lack of direction, knowledge and waning motivation.
Progression of these people is through introduction of more advanced training methods, greater knowledge of training progressions, schedules and encouragement, all these aspects will give a greater experience to the athlete with added increase in fitness and enthusiasm levels.
Elite / Professional
This is for a person at the top of their sport with a wealth of personal knowledge of fitness and training schedules, dietary needs they are almost the complete item, although training these people can be more difficult they still require the benefit of the personal trainer to give greater guidance in the more specific aspects of their sport to hone and drive the training techniques to improve development, through the use of bio-mechanics, taking them to a higher plane so enabling them to stay ahead of the competition.
